NYC, Day #1 Central Park

Not many people knew or paid atention to the small posts where I made mention to this trip, but for 3 weeks I was in the United States… I spent two weeks in NYC, two days in Washington DC and four days in Chicago. I liked NYC but I liked London much better, liked my trip to South Africa better, liked Chicago better… I guess in NYC there are just too many people for my taste. Specially since it was high summer season. Anyway, we arrived in NYC early in the morning, but since the JFK is so far away, we got to the place we were staying at noon only! Guilherme and I just took a quick shower and off we went to walk through the park all the way down from the North entry to the South exit by the Columbus circus. There aren’t pictures of some places because I was planning on going back to the Central Park for a photoshoot… there will be many photos to come still, so I hope you’ll enjoy going through them!

Não eram muitas pessoas que sabiam ou que haviam prestado atenção às pequenas menções que fiz sobre essa viagem, mas por 3 semanas eu estive nos Estados Unidos. Eu fiquei 2 semanas em NYC, 2 dias em Washington DC e 4 dias em Chicago. Eu gostei de Nova York, mas eu gostei mais de Londres… gostei mais da minha viagem para a África do Sul, gostei mais de Chicago. Eu acho que tinha muita gente em NYC para o meu gosto. Ainda mais que era alta temporada de férias  de verão. Enfim, chegamos aos estados unidos bem cedo de manhã, mas como o aeroporto JFK fica super longe, chegamos ao lugar que alugamos ao meio dia apenas. Guilherme e eu tomamos um banho rápido e já partimos para passear pelo Central Park. Caminhamos a extensão toda, da entrada do norte à saída do sul perto da Columbus Circle. Depois eu colocarei mais fotos do Central Park que fiz em outros dias, já que eu havia planejado fazer um ensaio por lá. Espero que gostem das fotos…
